Family Affair Credit Repair LLC provides credit repair services, which are primarily delivered through digital communication and document management. Our services do not typically require physical shipping of products.

Document Delivery

We deliver documents and communications through the following methods:

Electronic Delivery (Primary Method)

  • Email: Secure email delivery of reports, updates, and documents
  • Client Portal: Access to your account dashboard (when available)
  • Secure File Transfer: For sensitive documents requiring enhanced security
  • Digital Signatures: Electronic execution of agreements and documents

Physical Mail Delivery

When physical documents are necessary, we use:

  • USPS First-Class Mail: Standard delivery (3-5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail: Expedited delivery (1-3 business days)
  • Certified Mail: For important legal documents requiring confirmation
  • Express Mail: Next-day delivery for urgent materials (when requested)

Shipping Addresses

Physical documents will be sent to:

  • The primary address provided in your service agreement
  • An alternative address upon written request and verification
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for express or overnight delivery
  • Address changes must be submitted in writing with 48-hour notice

Delivery Confirmation

We provide delivery confirmation for:

  • Electronic delivery: Email receipt and read confirmations
  • Physical mail: Tracking numbers for priority and express shipments
  • Certified mail: Delivery confirmation and signature receipt
  • Legal documents: All required delivery confirmations per legal requirements

Undelivered Items

If documents cannot be delivered:

  • We will attempt contact via phone and alternative email addresses
  • Returned mail will prompt address verification
  • Client is responsible for providing current, accurate contact information
  • Services may be suspended if we cannot establish reliable communication

International Delivery

Currently, our services are limited to clients within the United States. We do not provide international shipping or delivery services.

Privacy and Security

All delivered documents are handled with strict confidentiality:

  • Encrypted electronic transmission for sensitive documents
  • Sealed and confidential physical mail
  • No third-party access without written authorization
  • Secure disposal of any undeliverable items containing personal information

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and current contact information
  • Notify us immediately of any address or email changes
  • Check email regularly, including spam/junk folders
  • Respond to delivery confirmation requests promptly
  • Maintain secure access to provided email accounts

Expedited Delivery Requests

For urgent delivery needs:

  • Contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible
  • Additional fees apply for expedited shipping
  • Electronic delivery is always the fastest option
  • Same-day physical delivery is not available
