By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview of Our Services
Our credit repair services include analyzing your credit reports, identifying inaccuracies, and filing disputes with credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf. Due to the nature of these services, significant work is performed upfront, including research, documentation, and communication with third parties. As a result, our refund policy reflects the effort and resources invested in your case.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Initial Setup Fee: If you cancel your service within 3 business days of signing up and before any disputes or actions have been initiated on your behalf, you may request a full refund of the initial setup fee. Once work begins (e.g., we access your credit reports or file disputes), the setup fee becomes non-refundable.
- Monthly Service Fees: Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, as they cover ongoing work such as monitoring, dispute filing, and communication with credit bureaus. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged for future cycles, but no prorated refund will be issued for the current cycle.
3. Client Responsibilities for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information as requested, including credit reports and any correspondence with creditors or credit bureaus.
- Respond promptly to our requests for additional information or documentation.
- Not engage another credit repair organization while enrolled in our services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Submit your refund request in writing within the specified timeframes (see Section 4).
Failure to meet these responsibilities may void your eligibility for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit in Writing: Send your refund request via email to info@familyaffaircr.com or by mail to our office at 327 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071.
- Include Details: Provide your full name, contact information, date of signup, and a brief explanation of your refund request.
- Timeframe: Refund requests for the initial setup fee must be submitted within 3 business days of signup. Requests under the “No Results After 90 Days” provision must be submitted within 30 days after the 90-day period ends.
We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After work has begun on your behalf, including accessing your credit reports, analyzing your data, or filing disputes.
- If you fail to provide necessary information or documentation, which hinders our ability to perform our services.
- If you violate the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions, available at familyaffaircr.com/terms-conditions.
- For monthly fees after the billing cycle has started, except as outlined in the “No Results After 90 Days” provision.
6. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice to info@familyaffaircr.com. Upon cancellation:
- No further monthly fees will be charged.
- No refunds will be issued for work already performed, except as outlined in Section 2.
- Any outstanding fees for services rendered must be paid in full.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
